Sharing the Love

The bouquet can be either wrapped in brown paper or be arranged in a jam jar style vase.
 
I avoid using plastic where I can so the stems will not be wrapped and hence will not come with a water source (if going for the wrapped in paper option). I will however, leave in a water source (in the form of a glass jam jar) if no one is available upon delivery.
 
PLEASE NOTE - I currently produce bouquets and arrangements for the weekend meaning all will be delivered (local delivery only) on a Friday. The ordering window is from Saturady - Wednesday. If you require flowers for another day/time then please get in contact with me via my email - using the form in my Contact Me. I'll do my very best to replicate what is shown in the product image but on occasion I may have to make substitutions to the flowers or foliage depending on availability and seasonal flowers.

  • Delivery Information

    • Local delivery only is currently available at a £3 charge. See below for where I deliver to.

    • My bouquets are usually wrapped brown paper and to further limit the use of plastic they do not come with their own water source. Therefore, if no one is available to take the flowers upon delivery I will leave them in a recyclable glass jam jar. They will need to be transferred to a vase as soon as possible.

  • Terms and Conditions

      Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any of my Products from my site. You should understand that by ordering any of my Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

      Ordering Online

      • After placing your order, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail detailing your transaction and confirming the value of your order, which has been debited from your credit or debit card. 

      • If you have any queries regarding your order please send me an e-mail to info@flowersandlifestylebymargot.co.uk 

      • I will contact you by e-mail or telephone if I have any queries relating to your order. 

      Prices 

      • All prices for my products on my website are exclusive of VAT at current rates and all product prices exclude delivery. This is added as a separate price. 

      • Prices are liable to change at any time. 

      Payment 

      • Payments can be made using the payment options provided on my website and will detail any additional costs such as the delivery charge. 

      • All payments will be subject to the relevant validation checks and authorisation by my payment service provider (Stripe). 

      • I will start to work on your product only when I have received the full payment of all sums (the product, including delivery charges). 

      Delivery

      • If I do not have the exact flowers or foliage in stock then I reserve the right to substitute to the value of the order placed. 

      • My bouquets are usually wrapped in brown paper and to further limit the use of plastic they do not come with their own water source. Therefore, if no one is available to take the flowers upon delivery I will leave them in a recyclable jam jar. They will need to be transferred to a vase as soon as possible.  

      • If I have reached the maximum number of bouquets/gifts I’m able to produce for that day I will remove the option to purchase online and will clearly state this on my website (product out of stock). In the event of the option not being removed and this maximum being reached I will notify you immediately and provide a full refund. 

      • I currently do not offer delivery outside of the delivery areas quoted on my website. 

      • If you are not available to accept delivery of your flowers then they will be left on the property. If there is an alternative place to leave the flowers on the property please specify this when prompted to do so in the checkout area of our site.  

      • The products will be left at your risk from the time of delivery. I cannot be held responsible for theft or damage (such as weather) caused to the product has been left. 

      • I’m unable to provide an exact time for delivery; delivery will be made between the hours of 8am and 6pm. 

      • I do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by any third party or by fire, flood or mechanical breakdown. 

      • I do not accept any liability for incorrect postcodes or house names or numbers leading to deliveries to incorrect addresses. 

      My Refund Policy 

      • Please make sure you follow the care instructions provided on my website to maximise the life of your flowers. Click here to read.

      Order cancellations 

      • I will require a notice of two working days prior to the delivery date for cancellations. Should you need to cancel an order for any reason please e-mail me using the form in my Contact Me (https://www.flowersandlifestylebymargot.co.uk/contact) 

      • If you are unable to provide a notice of two working days I will be unable to authorise the refund and you will still be charged for the order. 

      My right to vary these Terms and Conditions 

      • I reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time. 

      • You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority.
